Fossil Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Columbus, OH to partner with the Store Manager in driving daily operations and customer experience excellence. You will coach and motivate the team, model performance, and ensure Fossil brand standards are consistently applied on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience (fashion or accessories preferred).
• Previous leadership experience (keyholder, supervisor, or similar) preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive results.
• Coach, train, and develop team members; perform leadership duties when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Ensure Fossil brand standards are consistently met across daily operations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and engaging store environment.
