Fossil in Columbus, OH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading and inspiring a fashion retail team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving store results.

You will coach teammates, conduct training, and ensure Fossil brand standards are executed daily. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume leadership duties and help foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
• Previous leadership experience preferred (keyholder, supervisor, or similar).
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team-first mindset with a genuine interest in helping people succeed.
• High level of personal integrity and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
