Citi Trends is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead a team, and assist with hiring and development of associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain operational excellence, and ensure adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with inventory control, transactions, and shrink prevention.
• Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies and standards.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of store associates.
