Job summary

EZCORP, operating EZPAWN in Tulsa, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a 5–15 person team and drive pawn and sales performance while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will coach, mentor, and guide Team Members, oversee daily operations, and ensure targets align with company goals. This role offers career growth toward Store Manager, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• 1+ years experience in management, supervisory, and/or customer service.
• Bilingual, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and directions to Team Members to maximize store performance.
• Join the team working with customers to negotiate pawn and sales transactions.
• Drive revenue and control cost to deliver budgeted operating margins.
• Analyze reports on key business metrics and provide recommendations and necessary actions.
• Ensure personal and team standards are met for superior customer service.
• Assist with staffing and retention efforts and onboarding training.
