Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on achievements valued.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and manage operating standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through engagement, merchandising, and operations.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory control; support daily store tasks.
