Job summary

G-III Retail Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Karl Lagerfeld Paris store in Milpitas, CA. You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain pristine store presentation, and lead a team to deliver superior customer service.

Responsibilities include achieving personal and team sales goals, coaching staff, ensuring daily operations, and upholding merchandising standards in a fast-paced fashion retail environment. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of successful specialty retail experience in leadership role required, fashion retail preferred.
• Post-Secondary education encouraged, retail management degree a plus.
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, promoting effective sales and customer relations.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and qualities.

• Maximize profitability through excellent customer service.
