Job summary

Karl Lagerfeld Paris is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in Las Vegas. You will drive sales, ensure top-tier customer service, and uphold visual merchandising standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, achieving sales targets, training new associates, and maintaining store operations. This is a hands-on role with a focus on leadership and team development in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Two + years of successful specialty retail leadership experience, fashion retail preferred.
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, promoting effective sales and customer relations.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and qualities.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal sales goals and motivate others to drive store sales performance.
• Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that others follow suit.
• Maximize profitability through excellent customer service.

They take pride in delivering superior customer service and inspire associates to excel by being an exceptional role model.

Our Assistant Managers understand that the way the store looks is essential to drawing customers into the stores. They ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and meets our visual merchandising standards.
