G-III Retail Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Karl Lagerfeld Paris to drive sales, lead a team, and uphold top-tier customer service. You will collaborate with Store Managers to maintain store standards and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, coaching staff, and ensuring clean, well-organized visuals that align with company standards. The role requires proven leadership and a dedication to customer excellence.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of successful specialty retail experience in a leadership role.
• Post-secondary education encouraged; retail management degree is a plus.
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintaining a client book.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to promote sales and customer relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate leadership.

• Provide exemplary customer service and ensure others follow suit.
• Maximize profitability through excellent customer service and presentation of merchandise.

They ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and meets our visual merchandising standards. Job Qualifications

• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network
