G-III Apparel Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor for Karl Lagerfeld Paris. The role partners with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive sales, lead the team, and model exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will manage daily store operations, support team development, and ensure merchandising standards are met while delivering a positive customer experience. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• One or more years of successful retail experience with a high school diploma.
• Post-secondary education encouraged; retail management degree is a plus.
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintaining a client book/network.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer relations.
• Ability to coordinate activities of others.
• One year of specialty apparel retail management experience required.

Job Description

At Karl Lagerfeld Paris, our Sales Supervisors are on their way! They have proven themselves as successful retail associates and have decided to take the next step into store leadership.

The Sales Supervisor works with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business success. They motivate the store team and provide a model of customer service excellence, while gaining the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store.

Qualifications

• One + year(s) successful retail experience and High School diploma (post-secondary education encouraged, retail management degree a plus).
• Experience in client outreach, appointment setting, and maintenance of a relevant client book/network
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, promoting effective sales and customer relations.
• Ability to coordinate activities of others.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• One year specialty apparel retail management experience required.

Responsibilities
