Job summary

Kay Jewelers is looking for dynamic, driven and creative individuals to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals, maintaining customer satisfaction, and developing your team through training and evaluation.

You will recruit and select team members, enforce company policies, and contribute to an environment of integrity, diversity, teamwork, and opportunities for advancement. Training and growth are provided.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and develop team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and selection of team members and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
