Signet Jewelers in Alderwood Manor, WA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably jewelry or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and basic computer software/hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and train/team development.
• Recruitment and selection of team members; enforce company policies and procedures.
