Kay Jewelers Outlet is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals while upholding customer satisfaction standards. You will train and evaluate team members, recruit staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and basic computer software/hardware.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards and sales/profit projections.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and develop team skills through training and evaluation.
• Recruitment and selection of team members; follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned.
