Job summary

Kay Jewelers, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profitability while upholding service standards. You will help develop the team, ensure product knowledge, and drive customer satisfaction in a dynamic jewelry retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; develop team skills and product knowledge.
• Recruitment and selection of team members; training and evaluation of staff
• Enforce all Company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties
