Job summary

Journeys at The Mall At Yuba City is seeking a proactive team member to assist the Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, hiring, and training, helping to achieve sales goals and protect company assets.

You’ll contribute to a fun, energetic retail environment, supervise daily store operations in absence of managers, participate in loss prevention, and develop a path toward a Co-Manager role through internal training and promotion programs.

Qualifications

• Assist in recruiting and hiring of high caliber employees with in-store needs.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing all company policies and practices.

Responsibilities
