Journeys in Santa Maria, CA is seeking a Store Manager in Training to support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising store personnel to hit sales goals and protect assets.

You will help lead a team in a fast-paced teen retail environment, foster an inclusive culture, and promote from within. This role offers rapid promotion opportunities and a strong discount/benefits package.

Qualifications

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring of high-caliber employees with in-store needs.

• Complete training programs leading to Co-Manager or equivalent.
