Qualifications

2+ years in a Co/Assistant Manager role in a similar-volume apparel setting.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
Occasional travel to other store locations may be required.

Responsibilities

Partner with Store Manager to create action plans that grow the business.
Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
Develop team members to deliver a great customer experience.
Maintain store standards for merchandising and operations.
Learn all aspects of the business and contribute ideas to drive results.
Handle POS transactions and perform management duties in the Store Manager's absence.
