You will report to the Store Manager and contribute to developing staff, optimizing product knowledge, and executing store initiatives with urgency and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Co/Assistant Manager role in apparel or similar retail environment expected.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and KPI targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other stores if needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to create action plans to achieve sales and store goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales skills to maximize revenue.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Develop and coach team members to deliver a great customer experience.
• Oversee assigned division and be accountable for results.
