Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Co/Assistant Manager in a similar volume, apparel business is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to create action plans to achieve results.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty.
• Support the Store Manager to ensure store standards are met.
• Perform POS transactions and manage in absence of Store Manager.
