Job summary

Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a part-time store role. You will assist the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, sales-driven store environment, ensuring policies and KPIs are met and that staff deliver an engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, maintaining presentation standards, and supporting operational tasks while upholding Pacsun brand values and the PacSun community culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
• Strong communications skills
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-focused selling culture and drive top-line sales
• Ensure store policies and procedures are followed
• Coach and provide feedback to Sales Associates
