Dollar Tree in Euless, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will help supervise daily activities and ensure store standards are met.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and hands-on leadership, with responsibilities ranging from merchandising and inventory to employee scheduling and loss prevention. Join a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to a friendly customer experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.

Mansioni

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and processing damaged merchandise; record keeping including payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain store areas to company standards and protect assets including cash.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates to ensure a positive work environment.
• Adhere to policies, safety guidelines, and procedures; ensure associates follow them.
