Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret operational directives
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• Able to work in a high-energy, team environment and provide leadership

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations
• Support customers with a positive, helpful attitude and address questions
• Organize and stock merchandise from delivery to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Process corporate directives and store communications
• Maintain storefront fixtures and displays to ensure promotional effectiveness
• Assist in ordering merchandise and managing damaged inventory
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and secure assets including cash
• Enforce store policies and safety guidelines
• Help supervise, train, and develop store associates
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff
• Ensure bathrooms and floors are clean and maintained
• Perform any other duties as assigned
