The role requires retail management experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment while ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming store for shoppers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail or similar setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to read and interpret operational directives.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and communications.
• Maintain store fixtures and displays for promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits.
• Maintain a neat, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Support Store Manager in training and development of Store Associates.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
