Dollar Tree in Palm Coast, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with opening and closing, supervise associates, ensure policy compliance, and help manage merchandise flow from delivery to the sales floor while keeping the store neat and welcoming.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on loss prevention, safety, payroll

Qualificações

• Requires store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments.
• Excellent communication and written skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with day-to-day store functions and activities.
• Support customer service by addressing questions and concerns.
• Help organize, stock, and transfer merchandise from truck to stockroom to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and store fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom to company standards.
• Protect store assets including cash and inventory.
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure staff compliance.
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, floors, and waste management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
