Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily functions, organize merchandise, and help train Store Associates while maintaining a safe, friendly environment for customers and staff.

This part-time role offers opportunities for growth and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail setting, with emphasis on loss prevention, scheduling, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or similar environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Help organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain store areas, stockroom, and seasonal displays to standards.
