Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks required in a store setting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and maintain store records (payroll, scheduling, cash handling).
• Maintain store fixtures, displays and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, record-keeping and loss prevention.
• Lead and develop Store Associates under supervision of Store Manager.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
