Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drugstore environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide positive customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas on the floor and stockroom.
• Handle opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and communicate store activities to the team.
• Maintain promotional displays and ensure store presentation.
• Assist in ordering, damage processing, payroll records, scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Keep stockroom and sales floor clean, organized, and well stocked.
