Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1+ year related management experience.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office, web-based programs, and time and attendance system experience required.
• Valid driver license with ability to show proof of insurance.
• CPR certification or ability to become CPR certified with provided training.
• Forklift certification or ability to become forklift certified with provided training.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer complaints or inquiries appropriately and notify store manager.
• Enter time and attendance in payroll system and clear schedule exceptions promptly.
• Assist store manager in staffing to ensure adequate coverage for daily goals.
• Manage production area and processing of donated merchandise.
• Meet daily productivity goals across all commodities and report deficiencies.
• Inform logistics of product needs via nightly service requests.
• Ensure staff compliance with safety, policy, security, and productivity procedures.
• Assist with interviewing and training employees.
• Stay current with recall notices and post copies for team; file recalls.
• Submit incident/accident reports timely to relevant departments.

Responsibilities:

• Resolving customer complaints or inquiries appropriately and providing notification to the store manager.
• Utilizing payroll system to enter time and attendance as well as clearing schedule exceptions in a timely manner.
• Assisting the store manager in scheduling staff to provide all workstations with adequate staffing to achieve daily goals.
• Managing all aspects of the production area and being engaged in receiving and processing donated merchandise.
• Ensures that daily productivity goals are met in all commodities and reports deficiencies to the store manager.
• Ensuring proper submission of nightly service request in order to notify logistics department of product needs.
• Ensuring compliance of employees with established safety, policies, procedures, security, sales, productivity, and record keeping procedures and practices.
• Assisting with the interviewing and training of employees.
• Staying current with recall notices provided thru store email sent from the CPSC. Provides a copy to the team by posting on the recall board and ensures proper filing of recall notices into the binders located in the processing room.
• Insuring timely and correct submission of incident/accident reports to the appropriate departments.

Qualifications:

• A high school graduate or GED recipient with a minimum of 1-year related management experience? Computer skills including Microsoft Office, web-based programs, and time and attendance system experience required.
• A valid driver license holder with the ability to provide proof of insurance?
• CPR certified or have ability to become CPR certified with GIV provided training?
• Forklift certified or have ability to become forklift certified with GIV provided training?
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance and/or accommodations?
