Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by setting safety as a priority.
• Train, develop, guide, and evaluate employees to operate the store effectively and safely.
• Accurately ring up all sales on POS system and handle payments.
• Develop positive relationships with customers, vendors and contractors.
• Manage cash, monies, and inventory during shift.
• Plan and manage store activities to maximize operating profit.
• Monitor fuel sales and pricing to assist store pricing strategies.
• Maintain store layout and product displays per schematics.
