Job summary

Par Pacific Holdings, Inc., operator of HELE King Kalakaua in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a full-time role. You will oversee daily store operations, lead staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while managing cash handling and safety compliance.

This position offers full-time hours at $21.00–$26.65 per hour with a $3 shift differential. Location is 1549 South King St., Honolulu, HI 96826, in a high-volume convenience store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in retail sales and handling cash preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and serve as back-up to Store Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and banking duties.
• Monitor inventory and merchandising to ensure availability and presentation.
• Train, coach, and supervise employees; ensure safety training and compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
