GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to energize our Texarkana convenience store and lead operations across shifts. You will support the Store Manager, handle cash, train staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates demonstrate reliability, drive, and a hands-on leadership style. The position requires open availability for weekends and holidays, with second or third shifts, and a commitment to store success.

Qualifications

• Open availability, including weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Minimum age 21+ years old.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
