GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our high-energy convenience store in Fort Smith, AR. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach staff, and help drive sales and customer service excellence on every shift.

Open availability on weekends/holidays is required; the role involves second or third shifts and potential for growth into store management. A Food Safety Certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail preferred.
• Willing to learn and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Assist with hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
