Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock levels
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and restrooms.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits, oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to drive team performance.
• Other duties as assigned
