GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a high-energy Wisconsin convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, drive daily operations, supervise a small team, and ensure exceptional customer service on every shift.

Open availability is required, with weekend and holiday work. You may serve as acting manager, handle cash and scheduling, manage inventory and merchandising, and coach staff to upsell promotions while building a career in retail leadership.

Qualifications

• Ability to serve customers with speed and accuracy
• Experience supporting store operations and leadership
• Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Must be 21+ years old; strong math skills

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy
• Coach and motivate staff to upsell products and promotions
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock levels
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and pumps
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team
