Panda Restaurant Group in Merrillville, IN is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single Panda Express store. You’ll hire, coach and direct team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve financial goals. A 3+ weeks leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
