You will hire, coach and direct associates to achieve financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and you will complete a multi-week leadership training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program and support continuous store improvement.
