Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store. You will lead a team, hire and direct associates to meet goals, and ensure guests have an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
