Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single store in Indiana. You will hire, train, and direct team members to achieve goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer a leadership training program of 3 or more weeks to prepare you for success, with opportunities to grow within Panda Restaurant Group. This role requires flexibility for shifts, including openings and closings, weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the operation of a single store and lead associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in over 3 weeks of store leadership training prior to assuming duties.
