StoragePRO Management is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Byron, CA location. You’ll lead frontline teams, supervise day-to-day store operations, and deliver outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities include renting units with clear pricing, processing payments, inspecting facilities, handling maintenance reports, marketing storage solutions, and maintaining accurate tenant records.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and email.
• Must consent to pre-employment background check.
• US work authorization.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units and explain options/pricing to fit customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries.
• Conduct regular facility inspections for cleanliness, security, and equipment.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance and report major issues.
• Maintain up-to-date tenant information and rental agreements.
• Uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment.
• Reports to District Manager; attendance is essential; other duties as assigned.
