Job summary

StoragePRO Management in Templeton, CA is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at 164 - Abbys Self Storage. You will greet customers, explain options, and help choose solutions that fit their needs.

This role focuses on delivering outstanding service, processing payments, maintaining records, and ensuring facility cleanliness and security. You’ll report to the District Manager and contribute to a supportive, growth-minded team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in self-storage, property management, retail, or restaurant is ideal.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills and strong communication/organizational skills.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units, explaining different options and pricing to fit customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building positive relationships.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, ensuring cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of all equipment.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and report any major issues to designated personnel.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tenant information and rental agreements.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
• Reports to District Manager
• Attendance is an essential job function
• Other duties as assigned
