Kay Jewelers, part of Signet Jewelers, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and drive a superior customer experience. You will help lead the team, uphold standards, and contribute to sales and profitability while modeling integrity and teamwork.

The role emphasizes training, product knowledge, and staff development to deliver exceptional service and meet company objectives. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections.
• Maintain daily focus on standards attainment and total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruitment and selection of team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
