Job summary

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to impact customer experience and drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting. You will support the Store Manager in achieving standards, coaching team members, and upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards to attain sales and profit projections.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; recruit and select team members.
• Enforce all Company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties.
