Signet Jewelers Limited, overseeing Banter by Piercing Pagoda, is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead sales floor operations and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support the Store Manager to meet daily sales and profitability goals while upholding brand standards.

The role requires at least one year of retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and willingness to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties.
