Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Banter by Piercing Pagoda in a bustling retail environment to help drive sales and maintain high standards of customer service.

You will support the Store Manager, develop team skills, implement training, and ensure adherence to company policies while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This full-time, on-site role offers base pay with commission and robust benefits.

Formación

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruitment and selection of team members.
