Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales, standards, and profit projections. You will help develop team skills, train staff, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction within a jewelry retailer environment.

The role involves recruiting team members, enforcing policies, and performing operational duties while promoting Signet's internal advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets.
• Develop team skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation.
• Recruitment and selection of team members.
• Enforce company policies and procedures and perform other operational duties.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and overall store performance.
