Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help the Store Manager focus on achieving sales and profit targets while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will develop the team’s product knowledge and skills through training, and participate in recruiting responsibilities to build a strong store leadership pipeline.

You will work under established policies, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, and education

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations to achieve sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and develop team product knowledge through training.
• Recruitment and selection of team members and enforcing company policies and procedures.
