Signet Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and drive sales in a high-energy environment. You will assist the Store Manager in maintaining standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team to achieve targets.

The role requires at least one year of retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to train staff while managing schedules, including days, nights, and weekends. A strong service mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners is preferred.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily standards and achieving sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop team members’ skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation.
• Support recruiting and selection of team members and enforce company policies.
