Dollar Tree, Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. This part-time role focuses on delivering friendly service and efficient store performance.

You will assist with merchandise movement, opening/closing procedures, payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention, while promoting a safe, clean, and well-organized sales floor. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read directives.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent movement.

Mansioni

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery to stockroom to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits; participate in loss prevention.
