StorageMart is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, engage customers, and contribute to store success. You will assist the Store Manager with sales goals, rentals, accounts, and light maintenance, while delivering friendly service in person, by phone, and email.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Comfortable with light maintenance and outdoor tasks
• Basic computer use (email, data entry, account management)

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, sales goals, and business growth
• Provide friendly and professional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Open and close the office and perform light property maintenance and cleaning
• Assist customers with rentals, account setup, payments, and general inquiries
• Manage account records, billing, and collections
• Occasionally support nearby store locations to maintain consistent company standards
