Tuckernuck is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Georgetown store to assist the Store Manager in daily operations, sales growth, and top-tier customer service. You will lead a fast-paced team in a key fashion retail launch within a vibrant market.

• 3–5+ years of retail experience with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree or work/life experience equivalent.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to achieve and exceed financial goals and drive revenue streams.
• Foster a positive store environment and collaborative team culture.
• Provide coaching to team members to improve performance and selling skills.
• Build relationships with top clients and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll accuracy, and opening/closing coverage.
