You will help recruit and train employees, manage inventory and scheduling, and drive sales while upholding company policies. This development position prepares you for a future Store Manager role.

Qualifications

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience with store operations and daily tasks.
• Basic math ability for cash handling and reconciliation.

Responsabilités

• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and retaining store employees.
• Help manage and develop store staff for sales and operations performance.
• Support in developing the team’s selling skills and product knowledge.
• Educate the team about in-store products and promotions.
• Help ensure smooth store operations including inventory, expenses, promotions, and scheduling.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Build relationships with customers to suggest products and drive sales.
• Meet or exceed store sales and operational goals.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet financial targets and policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
